Borrow Mine was founded on the idea to build a sustainable marketplace for conscious shoppers where users can borrow items for a fraction of the price and earn extra cash to offset the costs of owning clothing. We understand the pressures of trying to keep up with a substantial social life on a small budget, and in contrast having a wardrobe full of clothing worn only once, or never worn wishing you could somehow make money back. Through our discovery of facing both spectrums of the issue, we realized options are limited for those that needed outfits; there are no rental options that are suited to a millennials style and keeping up with ever changing trends while also providing for and serving a maturer market. And dissimilarity to that, what about us who do have a wardrobe full of clothes where we constantly let our friends borrow, what if we could make money off the concept of Borrowing?

Let's face it we all want to look and feel our best, keep up with trends, and express our style. We see it day in day out, friends constantly borrowing clothes, individuals never having anything to wear and the budget that doesn't match when we finally do find something to wear. Or those of us that do have the budget but end up with a wardrobe full of clothes, used once. Borrow Mine was then born, America's first peer-to-peer and influencer-to-follower concept.
